Now I lay me down to sleep

I pray the Lord my soul to keep.

Please bring my Daddy home to me

Cause God you know, I'm only  three.

Mommie says there was a plane

And then a crash that was so loud.

She said that day a lot of people

Sailed up to Heaven on a cloud.

Mommie says my Daddy's there

But he didn't want to go.

So God, please send him back to us

We need him here you know.

I promise you that I'll be good

If you'll send him back today.

And Mommie's tears will go away

If you send Daddy back to stay.

So now I lay me down to sleep

I hope you've heard my plea.

These words I've whispered just to you

Please send my Daddy home to me.
