A friend is who we turn to
When we need a little lift
Someone we deeply treasure
As our friendship is a gift.

A friend makes each day happy
Full of love and full of grace
Someone that we depend on
Makes my world a better place.

There is a miracle of friendship
That dwells within my heart
I know you were a special friend
