Dear God, I know that you care for
me,
How many times, this I can
see.
The signs You leave throughout the
day,
Just to let me know, You passed my
way.
My mind is so very much to
small,
To weigh the wonder of it
all.
I know that You are in every
place,
I do not have to see Your
face.
I feel Your hand upon my
sleeve,
How could I ever
disbelieve.
The least among us here, must
see,
The terrible price You paid for
me.
I may lose my way in Your great
land,
But can always find footprints in the
sand.
The Lord's prayer, is the greatest of
all,
It holds me up whenever I begin to
fall.
I give You thanks upon each
day,
To know that You, will pass my
way.
And through all that may come to
be,
Dear Lord, I know that You care for
me. ãSandy Laurain 1999
