Wonderful people touch our lives

Where ever we may go.

Their thoughtfulness and loving ways

The kindness that they show.

Sometimes I look around me

There is bustling everywhere.

And when I need a helping hand

Someone is always there.

So you see there is quality

In people dark and fair.

Just open up your heart

And they will surely share.

Share what?

Say you in wonder

No one shares with me.

Just open wide your loving heart

And you will surely see.

So that is why I share with you

A friendship cherished true.

I open up my heart today
